Frequently Asked Questions

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
RTT is a therapeutic approach that combines the most effective principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and cognitive behavioral therapy. It helps you access the subconscious mind to uncover and resolve the root causes of emotional and behavioral issues, often in just one to three sessions.
How does RTT work?
RTT uses hypnosis to bring you into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive. In this state, we explore past experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may be holding you back. Then we work to reframe those beliefs and install new, empowering ones.
What can RTT help with?
RTT is effective for a wide range of emotional, physical, and behavioral issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, phobias, weight issues, smoking, insomnia, confidence, money blocks, relationship problems, and performance anxiety. It can also support healing from trauma and limiting childhood beliefs.
Is RTT safe?
Yes, RTT is safe. Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of focused attention. You're always in control and aware of what’s happening during the session. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Most people can be hypnotized if they are willing and open to the process. It’s not about losing control or falling asleep. It’s about allowing yourself to relax and focus inward.
When is RTT not recommended?
RTT is not suitable for individuals with certain psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe personality disorders. It’s also not advised if you're under the influence of drugs or alcohol or unable to give informed consent.
How many sessions will I need?
Many clients experience significant change after just one session. However, some issues may require two or three sessions for deeper transformation or reinforcement.
What happens during a session?
The session begins with a short conversation about your issue and your goals. Then you’ll be guided into hypnosis, where we explore the root cause of the issue. After understanding and reframing what we discover, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to for 21 days to strengthen the new beliefs.
Will I remember what happens during hypnosis?
Yes, most people remember everything that comes up during the session. You’re fully conscious and aware, just in a more focused and relaxed state.
What’s the difference between RTT and traditional therapy?
RTT is results-focused and often much faster than traditional therapy. Instead of weekly talk sessions over months or years, RTT aims to find the root cause quickly and bring about lasting change within a few sessions.
Can I do RTT online?
Yes. RTT is just as effective online as it is in person. All you need is a quiet space, a good internet connection, and headphones. Many clients actually prefer the comfort and privacy of doing sessions from home.
What’s the role of the recording after the session?
The recording is a key part of the transformation. It helps rewire your subconscious mind with new, positive beliefs. Daily repetition for 21 days builds the new neural pathways and reinforces the change.
What if I don’t “go deep” in hypnosis?
Depth of trance isn't the key to success. Responsiveness is. As long as you're relaxed and engaged with the process, RTT will work. You don't need to feel deeply hypnotized for the session to be effective.
